We got these boots last weekend for Emma Grace to take to Alabama on her weekend visits to my parents. My niece, Emily wears a pair ,when they are out riding in the golf cart, and I must add, getting stuck the mud. So, when we got up on Tuesday, it was raining, so Emma Grace said she needed to wear her rainBOOTS! (If you don't watch Jack's Big Music Show on Noggin, I should feel you in: Laurie Berkner, sings a song, about dancing in her rain BOOTS(spelling boots). Emma Grace thought she was too cool stomping around the house, in the rain puddles, to the RUSH (gym) and to Target. She finally gave them up when we got to Chick-fil-A. I think she knew it would be near impossible for her to climb in the play gym wearing these!

All About Me
Well, life story made short. I grew up in Winfield, AL. Went to college at U of A, where I stayed for 6 years. No, I didn't have to retake and retake classes. I received an undergraduate degree in Communications and Masters in Education. In 2001, I married my incredible husband, Randy. After Randy finished his masters degree, we moved to Aiken, SC, where we stayed almost 3 years. When I was 36 weeks pregnant, we moved to Knoxville. Crazy, yes, but the job wasn't one we could pass on. Especially since I was becoming a stay at home mommy. In Sept. 2005, my little princess, Emma Grace, entered the world. This is when Randy and I like to say our life really began. Although, some days I swear I am going back to work, at the end of the day, I can't imagine doing anything other than what I do each day. Spending all the precious time in the world with my baby girl. My, how she is growing up tooo fast.
And just in case you were wondering.... We still bleed Crimson in our house - ROLL TIDE!!!
